About Me

I have been teaching English for over 20 years in a variety of contexts and countries. For the past decade, I have been teaching at a university, where my favourite part of the job has always been analysing learners' needs and developing tailored materials. Whether it's identifying and addressing systemic language mistakes or equipping professionals with the skills to communicate confidently in international business settings, I have always focused on creating targeted learning solutions that meet real-world challenges.

Expanding into instructional design and eLearning development is a natural complement to my teaching experience. While I continue to enjoy my work in higher education, I am also developing digital learning solutions that enhance training and professional development. My primary focus is on problem analysis, defining learning objectives, and designing effective eLearning experiences that drive meaningful learning outcomes.

Creating my three portfolio projects has reinforced my passion for this field. Instructional design builds on my expertise in adult learning while deepening my interest in materials development. I am particularly interested in designing upskilling and training modules for the corporate sector, applying my experience in communication and business training to a broader audience.
